In this class you will learn sourdough theory, traditional country loaf shaping & sourdough pizza. Students will also take home, the loaf that they shaped to bake, easy to follow chart, as well as a sourdough starter. We will have a charcuterie and cheese board to start, and will serve fresh sourdough pizza and salad to finish Note: This class is longer than usual to accommodate baking time.
