Who knew a few simple egg whites and a few local berries could turn into so many incredible summer desserts? Chef Janice did! And tonight she is going to share some of her favourite recipes with you. Tonight she will be making Raspberry Italian Meringue Clouds, Strawberry Italian Meringue Buttercream - piped onto freshly baked cupcakes, Individual Blueberry and Lemon Pavlovas (that would make any New Zealander weep), a Chocolate Mixed Berry Pavlova and Elderflower Marshmallows. You will have enough inspiration to get you through until late fall!
