Just in time for Easter! In this class Chef Sue will teach you the basics for working with chocolate to get some amazing results & take your desserts to a whole new level. It all starts with the basic technique of tempering chocolate…from there the fun begins.

You will try your hand at a bunch of different shapes, sizes and techniques – chocolate curls, sticks, ribbons, collars & flowers. (a light lunch will be served so you don’t end up in a chocolate coma)
