Each student with start with a whole, fresh salmon and will learn to properly break it down. Once the salmon has been filleted and is ready to cook, you will make a perfectly Pan Seared Salmon with Red Pepper Tomato Relish and Rice Pilaf and a Salmon Tartar.

*Please bring a container to take home your leftover salmon.
