Chef Tessa's love of food started at a young age. She started as a line cook at the age of 15 in the fast food industry, and has been cooking professionally for over 10 years now.
She has worked in restaurants, high volume catering, private caterings and has been teaching cooking classes for about 5 years. She is classically French trained, but is heavily influenced by her French-Canadian Roots.
Tessa is very passionate about cooking and loves connecting with people through food and entertaining!
