Updated Policy: COVID-19

January 2021

Dear Well Seasoned Customer & Student,

The well-being of our customers and our staff is of primary importance, and we at Well Seasoned have taken steps in response to the emergence of COVID-19.

Our approach to managing this situation is guided by evidence-based information from the BC Centre for Disease Control, the Health Agency of Canada, and the World Health Organization.

Hand sanitizer must be used upon entering the store.  No sanitizer = no entry.

If you have recently traveled or been in contact with the coronavirus, and have any of the associated symptoms, we ask that you refrain from visiting Well Seasoned

Our washrooms are currently for staff use only.

Our Store & Catering

We continue to follow strict health and safety procedures in our kitchen and in store to ensure your safety. We ask that you, our customers, to help us mitigate the impact of potential infection to other staff, chefs, and customers by:

  • Asking customers and staff who are having any symptoms to stay home and to report symptoms, the most unique to COVID-19 being difficulty breathing, to their health care provider.
  • Asking that customers and staff follow best-practices for hand-washing at our well-stocked sanitizing stations.
  • Following best practices as recommended for the common cold or flu:
    • Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds.
    • Avoid touching your face (especially your eyes, nose and mouth)
    • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve
    • Dispose of tissues appropriately
    • Avoid contact with sick people

Hand sanitizer must be used upon entering the store. Hand sanitizer must be used AGAIN by customers and staff upon entering the classroom.  No sanitizer = no entry.

We are doing our best; thanks for your encouragement

Please, be patient and be kind to others including our staff in regards to all new policies and procedures. This is a fluid situation and we are all doing the very best we can. We wish you, and your family, wellness and peace while we all weather out this uncertainty together.

With much care,

Your Well Seasoned Team.
