It’s a beautiful sunny Sunday in Langley! Sunday…sunshine….you know what that means? It’s the perfect day to dust the cobwebs off your grill, and officially kick off BBQ season. As most of you know, we are pretty serious about our BBQ at Well Seasoned. We stock only the best sauces, rubs, and seasonings.

This year, we wanted to look at a new way to elevate your grilling. The question was how? We already offer a number of different classes and top of the line BBQ products. We decided to think outside the traditional BBQ sauces. Have you ever wondered why your steak is so juicy at a restaurant? And why you can’t replicate that at home? We’re about to let you in on a little secret…those juices…melted butter. For real!

Butter is the perfect topping for a freshly grilled steak! Our chef’s decided to play with this idea and create a line of house made compound butters. We are currently stocking four varieties:

  • Blue Cheese & Chive – Perfect topper for a freshly grilled steak 
  • Double Garlic – Fresh vegetables, grilled fish, crusty bread…the possibilities are endless
  • Bacon Butter – This is perfect of freshly baked bread or biscuits. Serve on top of steak, or chicken and spread on burger buns
  • White Truffle – Serve on top of potatoes, popcorn, it’s rich and so delicious! Each one is incredibly versatile and delicious
