We are excited to introduce the Fraser Valley to Winecrush!
Winecrush is an innovative artisan food company in the wine-rich Okanagan region of British Columbia. After the local wineries press their grapes, Winecrush transforms the seeds and skins and creates artisan food pairings to match the wine.
They have developed a specialized process that activates the wild yeast that lives in the grapes to make depleted sourdough Winecrisp and our cheeses and meats are infused the rich flavours from the wine grapes. We know you are going to LOVE them as much as we do.
Owner Tyson Still will be at Well Seasoned to tell you all about their process while you taste their delicious lineup! We are proud to support another BC processor and can't wait to share their products with you!
