Preservation & Co. just keeps getting better! In addition to our Blackberry Margarita Mix, Bloody Mary Mix, and cocktail accompaniments we are now carrying their Capitol Sriracha.

The name "capitol" comes from their headquarters being based in the capitol of California, certainly fitting! They use local honey, creating a wonderful balance and a sweeter version of traditional sriracha. It is also gluten free, vegan and made without preservatives. Stop by the store and give it a try!
