Perfect roasted chicken, every time!
Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Mix seasoning with olive oil. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Brush the entire mixture over chicken. Transfer to a roasting pan and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Remove from the fridge and roast uncovered, for about an hour and half or until the juices run clear when you cut between a leg and thigh. Internal temperature should be 165 F.
