• Crispy Pork, Vegetable and Shrimp Dumplings with Ginger-Scallion Oil, Sweet Soy

• Turkish Manti, Lamb Dumplings with Roasted Garlic Yoghurt and Harissa Brown -Butter

• Vanilla Gelato.
