• Steak Tartare with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, French Mustard, Fine Herbs Salad, Bagna Cauda Dressing, Crispy Sourdough
• Grilled Prime Grade Rib Eye Steak with Salsa Verde, Fresh Tomato Salad with Basil
• Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Ice Cream.
