Love the pastry & the seasoning; a delicious pie. Only withdrawal of one star is that the wonderful sauce was too soupy to be cut into a pie serving. Don’t know what to suggest: I shudder at the thought of thickening…. but the seafood was still not overcooked: no small feat in a reheated frozen pie! Perhaps better as a one crust seafood dish???? But we’ll still order it again for west coast seafood starved guests coming from Sweden for my birthday: 75!
