January 13 | 6-9 PM | Hands-On Cooking Skills Class  

The price includes a reservation for one person for the class. 

Knife Skills are absolutely essential in the kitchen, once you have great basic skills, cooking is a breeze!

Chef GJ will guide you through the proper techniques of knife use, choosing the right knife for the right job, and learning the basics of sharpening, maintenance, care and storage. 

You will practice all kinds of different cutting techniques and by the end of class, all those vegetables you skillfully chopped will end up in a delicious soup & salad for you to enjoy.

In this class, we will provide a knife & cutting board for you to use during the class but if you have a favourite chef's knife (that is sharp), please bring it with you.
