Get into the festive spirit with our fun and festive Holiday Cookie Exchange class! This isn't your average baking session; it's a cookie-making party where everyone leaves with a delicious variety of treats.

You'll be split into small groups, and each group will master a different holiday classic. We've chosen four fantastic "drop cookies" so you can learn the fundamental technique and then see how small ingredient changes create completely different flavors and textures.

On the Menu:

• Chocolate Peppermint Drop Cookies: A rich, decadent chocolate cookie with a cool burst of peppermint.

• Molasses Drop Cookies: Perfectly spiced, soft, and chewy cookies that taste like a warm hug.

• Thumbprint Shortbread: A buttery, tender shortbread ready to be filled with jam or chocolate.

• Red Velvet White Chocolate Drop Cookies: A classic flavor combo in a soft, bright red cookie with sweet white chocolate morsels.

Once all the cookies are baked, you'll pack up a beautiful assortment of each kind to take home and share with family and friends. It's the perfect way to learn new recipes, meet fellow bakers, and stock your cookie tins for the holidays!
