Birthday Win
It was a huge hit with the birthday boy and all our guests. They were all taking pictures of the cake! The cake greatly exceeded my expectations so give a big thank you to the chef. Considering there was not a crumb left on the plates clearly it tasted as good as it looked.
Everyone had great comments about all the food so thank you for the idea of the Taco bar as it was a big hit with kids and adults alike.
All in all a great 50th birthday party that just happened to coincide with Super Bowl.

Fresh Bread Every Week
After my husband and I took the Breadmaking class with Chef Helena, we decided we are never buying bread again! This is a picture of all the bread my husband (who has never cooked before!) made one Sunday. Every week since, he makes a few loaves of bread!

Christmas Gift That Kept Giving
A few years ago I signed my teenage son up for the knife skills course as a Christmas gift. He was so proud of himself and pleased with the cutting board and knife he received as well. This January he moved to Kamloops for his 3rd and 4th year university. As we were saying goodbye, I noticed the knife and cutting board in the back of his car. A week after arriving and settling into the dorm he shares with 3 other fellas, he sent a photo of his knife, cutting board and a beautifully sliced pineapple with the caption “The gift that keeps on giving”. I really am so pleased, thank you for this skill you have shared with my son.

A Sweet Night In
My partner and I had dinner reservations in town but were feeling more mellow than that, so we cancelled the dinner, busted out the awesome chocolate from you guys and watched Godzilla instead! Valentines Day isn’t about where you go, it’s who you spend it with; thanks for making ours so special.

Steak Cooking Class or Gourmet Dinner Experience and a Show?
You guys sure do it up right! It was a lot of fun and I learned lots. Everyone was amazing.
Did I ever feel special! I was treated like royalty.
The lava cake was to die for...so ooey gooey good! And I have never had cheese bread with sooo much cheese. The steak was very tender, potatoes creamy, vegetables tasty, and caesar salad tangy. Oh and did I mention the wine, ummm!
It was fantastic evening out.
