• Crispy Pork and Shrimp Dumplings with Sweet Soy and Ginger Scallion Oil
• Steamed Bao Buns, Crispy Pork Belly Roast with Five Spice and Crackling, Sticky Hoisin Sauce, Sweet Vegetable Slaw, Coriander, Peanuts
• Matcha Ice Cream.
