About the products:

  • Bendorp Dutch Process Cocoa: This cocoa is alkalizer to remove most of the fat and provide a rich dark colour. It is the preferred powder of chers and home cooks alike because of the deep, intense dark chocolate flavour and richness it provides.
  • Black Cocoa: Super dark, super rich alkalized cocoa, mostly used to boost colour (think Oreos)! Because of its low fat content, you'll want to use this Black Cocoa with regular Dutch process cocoa. For the best results substitute no more than 50% of the regular cocoa called for in a recipe.
