We’re thrilled to welcome our good friend, Celebrity Chef Bruno Feldeisen — cookbook author, TV personality, and beloved judge from The Great Canadian Baking Show— back to the Well Seasoned Kitchen for a series of unforgettable demonstration-style cooking classes this winter. Each evening, Chef Bruno will transport you to a new culinary destination with elegant, comforting dishes inspired by his travels and heritage. Enjoy a night of incredible food, expert tips, and lively storytelling — all without lifting a finger in the kitchen!

The price includes a reservation for one person for the class.

Winter French Bistro

Step into a cozy Parisian bistro without leaving Langley! Chef Bruno will prepare a beautifully balanced French menu starting with a Warm Goat Cheese & Mushroom Tart, followed by a hearty Lamb Sausage & Lentil Stew with Herb Cream, and finishing with a silky Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème topped with Candied Hazelnuts.  A decadent winter evening of French comfort food — perfect for a date night or a night out with friends.
