Mulled Wine: Gently simmer 2 bottles of red wine, 1/3 cup sugar and 3 tbsp of our mulling spice for up to 20 minutes. It's a great, aromatic treat to prepare just before your guests arrive. They'll be greeted with the comforting, spicy scent of the holidays as you hand them a hot mug of cheer. We like to serve it with a cinnamon stick!
Mulled Cider: Skip the wine and instead, simmer 2 litres of apple cider with 2 tbsp. of our mulling spice for 20 minutes. You can always add a splash of rum or brandy if you want to liven things up!
