Updated: A note about COVID-19: Our safety procedures

We acknowledge the concern folks are feeling regarding the Coronavirus disease.

We are also concerned, and we wish to do the best for our customers, and staff. We do not wish to spread panic and we will continue to take every precaution to keep our customers and staff safe.

We continue to follow strict health and safety procedures in our kitchen: all dishes are sanitized before and after use, our staff follows proper hand washing procedures, we provide hand-sanitizing stations, and we do not ask staff to work while they are sick.

Our approach to managing this situation is guided by evidence-based information from the BC Centre for Disease Control, the Health Agency of Canada, and the World Health Organization. The risk of contracting to the public still remains low for residents of the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver.

[Update March 16]: While our kitchen remains in production and our store remains open and well stocked on all inventory, we have made the decision to cancel all classes from March 17th - April 30th.

Our class kitchen has been sanitized and closed but our kitchen remains in production mode to keep our freezers stocked with take-away and delivery ready-to-eat gourmet meals. Help support our chefs by continuing to shop local.

 

We wish you, and your family, wellness and peace while we all weather out this uncertainty together. If you have self-quarantined, we can still help stock you up as we are offering local delivery on gourmet-to-go meals which can be dropped off outside your home. Please call us at 604-530-1518.
