Dukkah, the Egyptian nut, seed, and spice mixture that has found its way onto many genre-pushing menus! This spice blend is increasingly found in vegan and vegetarian dishes as it adds flavour, texture, nutritional value. It's the perfect solution for meals that can at times seem dull and without variation.  

After traveling, maker Bridey Payne (the Mutha) was sad to find dukkah impossible to find in Vancouver and fraser valey markets. Realizing that she wasn't the only one looking for it, Mutha Dukkah was born!
