Thanks to our friends at Holy Duck Chili, we're adding this spicy baked brie recipe to our digital cookbook. It features the delicious Holy Duck Chili Oil, Canadian-rendered duck fat, elevating beloved Cantonese flavors and added a tongue-titillating heat. A harmonious blend of spices and umami-boosting ingredients creates a unique and playful chili oil.
- 2-14 oz wheel of brie
- 2 tablespoons Holy Duck Chili Oil*
*Available from Well Seasoned
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Remove the brie from the refrigerator and let it sit out for at least 10 minutes before baking.
2. Place brie on a sheet pan. Cut shallow slits ½-inch apart across the top of the brie, just through the rind layer.
3. Top the brie with Holy Duck Chili Oil, spreading it all the way to the edges of the top of the brie.
4. Bake for 15 minutes until the brie is very soft.
5. Serve with crackers, bread, or fruit, and get ready to quack with joy at the irresistible flavor of this duck-a-licious delight!
