Virgin Mady is an organic, small-batch maple producer from Bury, Quebec. From forest to bottle, every product is thoughtfully made, deeply flavoured, and unapologetically delicious — and we’re thrilled to introduce the full lineup at Well Seasoned.
This isn’t just maple syrup for pancakes (though it’s exceptional there too). Check out this deliciously sweet recipe, featuring Virgin Mady syrups and sugars:

- 2 oz of your favourite Canadian Rye Whiskey
- ¾ oz Virgin Mady Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup*
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Add tea or NA whiskey, maple syrup, and bitters.
3. Stir gently for 15 seconds.
4. Express orange peel over the glass and drop in.
