Sweet and creamy! We've got the perfect side dish for tonight's dinner!
Mrs. Ball's Chutney is an iconic, sweet-and-spicy South African condiment made from dried fruits (peaches/apricots) and spices, famous for its versatile use with curries, meats, sandwiches, and cheese.
This recipe features Mrs. Ball's Original Chutney.

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp Mrs. Balls Original Chutney*
- 50g goat cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Fresh arugula, for serving
* Available from Well Seasoned
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45–50 minutes until tender.
2. Slice open baked sweet potatoes and fluff the flesh with a fork.
3. Spoon in chutney, crumble goat cheese over the top, and sprinkle with walnuts.
4. Serve on a bed of arugula for a fresh, peppery contrast.
