- 1 can deSIAM Coconut Cream*
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest & juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or fish sauce
- 1 tsp honey or palm sugar
- Chili flakes or fresh chili (optional)
- Cilantro, to finish

1. Sauté garlic in a pan until fragrant.
2. Add coconut cream, lime zest, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
3. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Add shrimp and cook just until pink.
5. Finish with chili (if using) and fresh cilantro.
Bright, creamy, and ready in under 15 minutes.
