Sweet and spicy. Marinating your chicken kabob ingredients in Hot Honey Drizzle and spices tastes like Hawaii on your plate! Marinate your skewers in a quality hot honey (like Drizzle) and enjoy a taste of Hawaii from your backyard.
This recipe from Drizzle is one you'll want to make on regular rotation on your summer BBQ!
- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pineapple cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 small zucchini cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 large/ 2 small red onions cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil*
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder*
- 1 tsp smoked paprika*
- 1/4 cup Hot Honey*
- Kosher salt to taste*
- Optional: Fresh herbs to garnish

1. Place the olive oil, hot honey, garlic powder, paprika and salt in a large bowl.
2. Whisk to combine and pour the marinade into the large ziplock bag.
3. Add the chicken, bell peppers, zucchini, pineapple and red onion to the bag. Toss to coat in the marinade.
4. Refrigerate in the ziplock bag for at least 1 hour.
5. Preheat BBQ to medium high heat.
5. Thread the chicken, fruit and vegetables onto the skewers (alternating for variety).
7. Place kabobs on the grill and close the lid. Grill, flipping once, until the chicken is cooked through (about 5-7 minutes on each side).
8. Garnish with fresh herbs, drizzle with Hot Honey and enjoy!
