Homemade Irish Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half & Half
  • 14 oz. sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 ½ cup your favourite Irish Whiskey (or to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract*
  • 1 tbsp. Espresso Powder*
    • *Available from Well Seasoned


  1. Place all the ingredients in the canister of a blender and blend until smooth, for about 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer the Irish cream to a glass bottle or jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Shake well before use.
