- 2½ lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 1 tbsp olive oil*
- 1 tsp garlic powder*
- 1 tsp smoked paprika*
- ½ tsp salt*
- ½ tsp black pepper*
- ½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce*
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or fresh peach slices

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden.
4. Remove wings from the oven. In a large bowl, toss hot wings with Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Hot Sauce until fully coated.
5. Return glazed wings to the rack and broil on high for 2–3 minutes, watching closely, to caramelize the sauce.
6. Plate and garnish with green onions or peach slices for a gourmet presentation.
