Chicken Karaage makes a juicy and flavourful dinner or appetizer. This popular Japanese dish is made easier when you use Enso Karaage Fried Chicken Kit!
Difficulty: Easy
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2
500g Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packages of Enso Chicken Karaage Kit*
2 Lime wedges
*Available from Well Seasoned
1. Prepare chicken: Dice the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Place in bowl.
2. Coat with the mix: Pour the dry mix from your kit over your chicken and with clean hands ensure each piece is evenly coated
3. Deep Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
4. Remove from oil and let drain on a papertowel (to soak up excess oil)
5. Serve with included Karagge sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
