Korean Pork Belly Tacos | Mexican Cuisine | A Well Seasoned Recipe

Tacos…what is not to love. Not only are they delicious, they are also incredibly versatile. We recently started stocking Urban Accents global taco sauces and all we can say is wow! These are the perfect weeknight meal solution. They pack a huge punch of flavour and bring the street taco food truck experience into your kitchen. We are just loving the Korean BBQ sauce. It is savory and sweet with hints of garlic and sesame. Add some pork belly…and call it dinner. These Korean Pork Belly Tacos and just divine!

Urban Accents Korean Pork Belly Tacos

Adapted from Urban Accents Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pound fully cooked pork belly, sliced
  • 1 cup Urban Accents Korean BBQ Taco Simmer Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Taco Shells of your choice
  • Toppings our your choice we suggest; pickles, kim chi, shredded cabbage, green onions, and/or pickled carrots
  1. Brown pork belly slices in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Add 1 cup of sauce to skillet and simmer to thicken.
  3. Continue turning pork slices to coat with thickened, caramelized sauce. Add more sauce to taste.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas and top with your favorite toppings. We like pickled carrots, kimchi, chopped green onion, and shredded cabbage.
