Maple syrup makes everything better... especially this maple-sugar-glazed salmon recipe!

This isn’t just maple syrup for pancakes (though it’s exceptional there too). Check out this deliciously sweet recipe, featuring Virgin Mady syrups and sugars:

Serves: 4
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 12 min
4 salmon fillets (150–200 g each)
2 tbsp maple sugar*
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
*Available from Well Seasoned
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix maple sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and pepper.
3. Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
4. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until salmon is just cooked through.
5. Serve immediately.
