Makes: 6 cups
Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 30 min
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts), chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup maple sugar
- ¼ cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup*
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
* Available from Well Seasoned
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, coconut, maple sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Stir in oil and honey until evenly coated.
4. Spread mixture on a baking sheet.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden.
6. Cool completely before storing.
