After a flavour-packed meal, cleanse your palate with a silky smooth Mexican Vanilla flan for dessert. It's classic, elegant, and delicious!

- ¾ cup sugar (for caramel)
- 4 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can whole milk
- 1½ tsp Villa Vanilla Mexican Vanilla Extract*
1. Melt sugar until amber; pour into ramekins.
2. Whisk remaining ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour over caramel.
4. Bake in a water bath at 325°F until just set.
5. Chill and unmould to serve.
