Movie nights just got 1000x better! This miso chili caramel popcorn is a new twist on this classic salty snack. We recommend the ABO Miso Soup - Chili for this recipe.

Serves: 2-4
Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp ABO Miso Soup - Chili*
- ¼ cup cream
- 1 pack microwave popcorn, plain or butter flavour
*Available from Well Seasoned
1. In a pan, add the water, sugar and lemon.
2. Turn on the heat on medium and let the sugar fully melt.
3. Add the butter and miso paste and mix until fully incorporated.
4. Add the cream and continue mixing until desired consistency is achieved.
5. Make the popcorn by following the cooking instructions on the packaging.
6. Add the popcorn and mix until all the kernels are fully coated with the caramel
Caramel sauce may be stored in a jar in the fridge for one month.
