Salmon and pineapple for dinner? Yes please! You'll love the sweet heat of this tasty dinner main. This recipe features Squeeze Pineapple Crush (freeze dried pineapple slices).

- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp crushed Squeeze freeze-dried pineapple*
- 2 tbsp Drizzle honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp lime juice
* Available from Well Seasoned
1. Mix glaze ingredients together.
2. Brush over salmon.
3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
4. Broil 1–2 minutes to caramelize.
