The sweet heat of the sauce helps you create a professional-grade salmon glaze with zero effort. Try it with Terrapin Ridge Farms Pineapple Habanero cooking sauce.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 12–15 minutes
- 4 Salmon fillets (approx. 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup Terrapin Ridge Farm Pineapple Habanero Sauce*
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh raspberries and parsley (for garnish, optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. In an oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes until golden.
4. Flip the fillets and generously brush the tops with the Pineapple Habanero Sauce.
5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven and brush with one final layer of sauce before serving.
