- 240 ml Favuzzi truffle pizza sauce*
- Prosciutto, to taste
- Handful of baby arugula
- Whole cherry tomatoes
- Moderate extra virgin olive oil Favuzzi or Glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena Favuzzi
- Parmesan cheese

1. Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness.
2. Spread the truffle sauce evenly over the pizza dough to the outer edges of the dough.
3. Add the prosciutto, baby arugula, cherry tomatoes and cheese.
4. Bake at 180˚C (350˚F) for 10 to 15 minutes (baking time varies depending on oven).
5. Before serving, drizzle Favuzzi Moderate-intensity extra virgin olive oil or Favuzzi glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena to finish!
