This BBQ pork belly recipe is so juicy and flavourful, you won't believe it! It features the delicious Rufus Teague BBQ sauce.

- 1 lb pork belly
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup Rufus Teague Whiskey Maple BBQ Sauce*
- 2-3 metal skewers

1. Light your grill.
2. Slice pork belly into small, thick cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Toss them in a bowl along with Rufus Teague Whiskey Maple BBQ Sauce.
3. Skewer the pork belly cubes.
4. Grill the pork belly over medium-high heat. Rotate them every couple minutes, until they are crispy and cooked. Finish cooking on the cooler part of grill for 5 minutes.
5. While the pork is grilling, chop cucumber into small pieces and place in a bowl along with lime juice and salt and pepper. Toss that together with your hands.
6. Serve pork belly on cucumber salad and add more BBQ sauce to taste.
