Camping just got more gourmet and delicious! This S'mores dip is great for enjoying around the campfire. Grab your favourite crackers and enjoy great company and great food!
Serves 6–8
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10–12 minutes
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup salted caramel sauce (Well Seasoned caramel topping or similar)
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes (plus extra for finishing)*
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (or other crackers), for dipping
- Optional: sliced strawberries, apple slices, or banana pieces

1. Place a cast-iron skillet over campfire grate or grill over medium heat.
2. Melt butter in the skillet.
3. Add chocolate chips and stir gently until mostly melted and smooth.
4. Drizzle in salted caramel sauce and sprinkle in sea salt flakes, stirring lightly to swirl (don’t fully mix).
5. Spread marshmallows evenly over the top.
6. Cover with foil or a lid and heat for 3–5 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and soft.
7. Remove from heat and let sit 1–2 minutes to set slightly.
8. Serve warm with graham crackers and fruit for dipping.
