- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup Well Seasoned Gourmet to Go Pimento Cheese*
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeño slices
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder*
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter, for toasting buns
- Add your favourite BBQ sauce (Well Seasoned has LOTS of choices)

1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Form into 12 small patties slightly larger than the buns.
4. Cook patties for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
5. Lightly butter slider buns and toast until golden.
6. Spread a generous spoonful of pimento cheese on the bottom bun.
7. Add a burger patty and top with crispy onions and pickled jalapeños.
8. Place the top bun, add your favourite BBQ sauce on and serve warm.
Host tip: Arrange sliders on a large board with bowls of extra pimento cheese, jalapeños, and crispy onions so guests can customize their own.
