Here's a sweet dessert ready in an hour! We love the addition of Squeeze freeze-dried berries in this cheesecake.
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp crushed Squeeze freeze-dried strawberries*
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ¼ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries (for swirl)*
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
* Available from Well Seasoned
1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Press into serving glasses.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Swirl crushed freeze-dried strawberries through mixture.
5. Spoon into cups and chill 1 hour.
6. Garnish with fresh berries and extra strawberry dust.
Serves: 6
