- 4 oz Chilled Prosecco or Cava (Dry/Brut is best)
- 1 oz Simply Cocktail Strawberry Basil Mixer*
- 1 tbsp Madagascar Vanilla Bean Sugar* (for the rim)
- 1 Fresh Lime wedge (to moisten the rim)
- Optional: Fresh basil leaf or a sliced strawberry for garnish

1. Rim the Glass: Place the Vanilla Bean Sugar on a small, flat plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled champagne flute. Dip the rim into the sugar, rotating it to ensure an even, sparkling coating.
2. Add the Base: Pour the Strawberry Basil Mixer into the bottom of the prepared flute.
3. Top with Bubbles: Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco over the mixer. The carbonation will naturally help incorporate the syrup, but you can give it one very gentle stir with a long spoon if needed.
4. Garnish: Slap a fresh basil leaf between your palms (this releases the oils) and float it on top, or perch a fresh strawberry on the rim.
