This spring, enjoy this hearty, smoky backyard favourite with a gourmet kick: your favourite Chucky's Hot Sauce! It elevates this classic grilled chicken burrito for any night of the week.

Yields: 2 large burritos
- 1 large chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp House of Q BBQ Rub*
- CHUCKY Hot Sauce (to taste)*
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup canned black beans,
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
* Available from Well Seasoned
1. Cook the Chicken: Toss the diced chicken in the House of Q BBQ Rub until fully coated. Heat a splash of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.
2. Warm the Base: In a small bowl, mix the warm cooked rice, black beans, and corn. Stir in a few shakes of CHUCKY Hot Sauce to your preferred heat level.
3. Assemble: Lay out the tortillas. Divide the rice and bean mixture down the center of each. Top with the grilled chicken, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
4. Roll & Sear: Fold in the sides and roll tight. Optional but recommended: Pop the burritos back into the hot skillet for 1 minute per side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
