Cheese and hot honey! We haven't been able to stop thinking of this Whipped Feta Dip With Pita Chips recipe from our friends at Drizzle Honey! The creaminess of the whipped feta and the sweet and spicy notes of their Hot Honey pair excellently!

- 1 block quality feta cheese (drained)
- 3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- zest of one lemon
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp Drizzle Hot Honey* (plus more for serving)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for pita chips and serving as needed)
- 2-3 Tbsp pine nuts
- Fresh figs
- Pita bread
- Fresh basil, mint leaves for garnish

1. In a food processor, place the feta, yogurt, olive oil, 2 tsp of Hot Honey, lemon juice and zest. Pulse until creamy.
2.Transfer to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, crumbled feta, pine, fresh figs and herbs.
3. Using kitchen scissors cut the pita bread into triangles/wedges.
4.Brush the bread with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and oregano.
5. Arrange the wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet for easy cleanup.
6. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350F.
7. Remove from the oven, transfer to a cooling rack and brush with Hot Honey. Enjoy them with a whipped feta dip!

Cook time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings
