Winecrush Dry Rub

This dry rub also works great on roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. Winecrush™ Powder (available in store at Well Seasoned)
1 tbsp. granulated garlic
½ tbsp coarse black pepper
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp dried thyme

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl, stir until well blended. Rub into meat and let sit for a min of 2 hours before cooking as usual.
