Working side by side, you’ll learn to prepare a luxurious, French-inspired menu, beginning with house-made sourdough served warm with creamy Camembert and delicately drizzled lavender honey. You’ll then dive into classic Clams Marinier, gently simmered in white wine with tomatoes, leeks, green peppercorns, and fresh herbs—perfect for soaking up with crispy house baguette.
For the main course, master the art of Steak au Poivre, featuring roasted Canadian Prime tenderloin with a rich cognac cream sauce and wild mushrooms, paired with a decadent sweet potato gratin layered with Comté and a hint of lavender.
To finish on a sweet note, you’ll create a traditional chocolate soufflé, light, rich, and perfectly paired with vanilla ice cream.
