Well Seasoned Granulated Honey & Honey Dust

Granulated honey is honey that has been dried and ground. It tastes the same but is crunchy and it dissolves in liquid, but it doesn't have the stickiness of fresh honey. Granulated honey is great in vinaigrettes, sauces, and marinades.

Honey dust is excellent as an addition to your rub or marinade - perfect for chicken, ribs, or pork! It's great added as a finishing heat for root vegetables - just sprinkle it on.
