We’re thrilled to welcome our good friend, Celebrity Chef Bruno Feldeisen — cookbook author, TV personality, and beloved judge from The Great Canadian Baking Show— back to the Well Seasoned Kitchen for a series of unforgettable demonstration-style cooking classes this winter. Each evening, Chef Bruno will transport you to a new culinary destination with elegant, comforting dishes inspired by his travels and heritage. Enjoy a night of incredible food, expert tips, and lively storytelling — all without lifting a finger in the kitchen!

Tonight, Chef Bruno will demonstrate 4 favourites from his book:

  • Bacon, Goat Cheese Custard Pots - Savoury, creamy and a bit smoky, these custards are delicious served warm. Perfect for a first course!
  • Cauliflower Browned Butter Soup - An aromatic soup; silky, creamy, nutty, buttery and slightly herbaceous. It is delicious warm, but can also be served chilled!
  • Maple-Whisky Glazed Sockeye Salmon - Sockeye salmon from BC's coast has it's delicate, buttery flesh embellished with the sweetness and slight acidity of this glaze. The original recipe calls for Bourbon and Chef Bruno will offer a more popular option with this Whiskey & Maple Syrup!
  • Double Chocolate Whoopie Pies - A less intimidating version of Macarons, these petite sandwich cookies are flavoured with coffee and cardamom, adding a delightful boost to their chocolatey goodness.
