I’m not a good baker at all but love sourdough bread and was curious about the process. A friend took Denizs’ class and raved about it. It was one of the best cooking classes I took - we were welcomed with a plentiful charcuterie and yummy sourdough pieces, wine. The class itself was fun, hands on, and I left with a starter, dough and the confidence to do it on my own. I was surprised how resilient the starter is and how uncomplicated the whole process is. I’ll definitely sign up for more classes!!
This class was a gift to my daughter. She loved the class and said that Chef Deniz ensured it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
